Privacy policy

Confidentiality is a basic part of therapeutic work, and of this website too. This page explains what information is collected and what is done with it.

What information is collected

The website itself does not store personal information. When you fill in the contact form, a WhatsApp message opens on your device with the name, phone number and message you wrote, and it reaches me only if you choose to send it. The information is used only to get back to you.

Accessibility menu settings are stored only in your browser, so they stay in place as you move between pages.

What is not done with the information

The information is not sold, not passed on to third parties and not used for advertising. The website has no third-party tracking or advertising tools.

WhatsApp, phone and email

Contact by WhatsApp, phone or email is made directly with me and is also subject to the privacy policies of those service providers.

Access or deletion requests

You can ask to see or delete information you have provided by writing to anat.playtherapy@gmail.com.
